The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PTGER4 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTGER4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, KICH, and STAD are the cancer types where PTGER4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
