Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGER3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,961 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC6, CNIH1, and GGA2. Each is linked with PTGER3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER3-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGER3 versus PSMC6 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
