Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGER3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,964 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, PIMREG, and POLA2. Each is linked with PTGER3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER3-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 grouped by PTGER3-low versus PTGER3-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
