Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGER3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,737 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGER3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA catabolic process, Establishment of protein localization to organelle, and Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with PTGER3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER3-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER3 results are reported.
