Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGDR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 298 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGDR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP44, RNU6-393P, and SNORD56B. Each is linked with PTGDR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGDR2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGDR2 results are reported.
