Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTGDR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTGDR data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PTGDR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTGDR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PTGDR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
