PTDSS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTDSS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,396 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTDSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIC8A, TIMM10B, and ARFIP2. Each is linked with PTDSS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTDSS2-to-partner and partner-to-PTDSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTDSS2 versus RIC8A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTDSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTDSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
