PTCHD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCHD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCHD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGES2, SLC25A4, and ATP5MC3. Each is linked with PTCHD4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCHD4-to-partner and partner-to-PTCHD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTGES2 grouped by PTCHD4-low versus PTCHD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCHD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCHD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
