Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTCHD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCHD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL2, SCGB1C1, and SLC22A2. Each is linked with PTCHD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCHD4-to-partner and partner-to-PTCHD4 results are reported.
