PTCHD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCHD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,090 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCHD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXSM, SDK2, and OR51A8P. Each is linked with PTCHD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCHD3-to-partner and partner-to-PTCHD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXSM grouped by PTCHD3-low versus PTCHD3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCHD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCHD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
