PTCD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,885 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILKAP, MSH2, and PPM1G. Each is linked with PTCD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD3-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTCD3 versus ILKAP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
