Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCD2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,047 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTCD2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein ubiquitination, Purine nucleoside monophosphate metabolic process, and Somatic diversification of immunoglobulins. Each is linked with PTCD2P2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD2P2-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD2P2 results are reported.
