Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 892 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1S3, KMT5AP1, and LIN7C. Each is linked with PTCD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD2-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1S3 grouped by PTCD2-low versus PTCD2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
