Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTCD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,290 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP4M1, SLC12A9, and POLR2J. Each is linked with PTCD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD1-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTCD1 versus AP4M1 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
