Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,591 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL261P, TBR1, and EI24. Each is linked with PTBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTBP3-to-partner and partner-to-PTBP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL261P grouped by PTBP3-low versus PTBP3-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
