PTBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,224 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FNBP1L, STAG2, and DEK. Each is linked with PTBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTBP2-to-partner and partner-to-PTBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTBP2 versus FNBP1L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
