Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,713 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2, LILRB2, and FCGR3B. Each is linked with PTBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PTBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTBP1 versus CXCR2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
