Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-739P, DHDDS, and NANOGP3. Each is linked with PTBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PTBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-739P grouped by PTBP1-low versus PTBP1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
