PSTPIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSTPIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,301 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSTPIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-794P, HSFY1P1, and YWHAZP8. Each is linked with PSTPIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTPIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSTPIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-794P grouped by PSTPIP1-low versus PSTPIP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTPIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTPIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
