Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSTK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,191 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf88, TIAL1, and NSMCE4A. Each is linked with PSTK in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTK-to-partner and partner-to-PSTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSTK versus C10orf88 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
