Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSTK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk2, Rad50, and MEK1. Each is linked with PSTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTK-to-partner and partner-to-PSTK results are reported.
