The most reproducible PSTK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Nucleotide-excision repair, and Mitochondrial DNA replication. Each is linked with PSTK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTK-to-partner and partner-to-PSTK results are reported.
