Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOPAZ1, TXNDC8, and USP14. Each is linked with PSTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTK-to-partner and partner-to-PSTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOPAZ1 grouped by PSTK-low versus PSTK-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
