PSRC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,808 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSRC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC20_T70, CDK1, and HAT1. Each is linked with PSRC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PSRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSRC1 versus CDC20_T70 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
