Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSPH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,355 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are GARS1, PSAT1, and CCT6A. Each is linked with PSPH in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSPH-to-partner and partner-to-PSPH results are reported.
