Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL191P, PDLIM1P1, and POM121C. Each is linked with PSPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSPH-to-partner and partner-to-PSPH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL191P grouped by PSPH-low versus PSPH-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
