Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSPH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, INPP4B, and MEK1. Each is linked with PSPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSPH-to-partner and partner-to-PSPH results are reported.
