Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSORS1C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,883 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSORS1C1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMNA, RCOR2_S63, and CD151. Each is linked with PSORS1C1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSORS1C1-to-partner and partner-to-PSORS1C1 results are reported.
