Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSORS1C1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PSORS1C1 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PSORS1C1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSORS1C1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and READ show a favorable association.
ACC, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where PSORS1C1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
