Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSORS1C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,207 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSORS1C1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein processing, Wound healing, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with PSORS1C1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSORS1C1-to-partner and partner-to-PSORS1C1 results are reported.
