PSMG4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, NUP153, and WRNIP1_S75. Each is linked with PSMG4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMG4 versus WRNIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
