Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMG4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,653 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F3, ACKR3, and PTMS. Each is linked with PSMG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG4 results are reported.
