Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMG4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with PSMG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG4 results are reported.
