Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X1. Each is linked with PSMG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG4 results are reported.
