Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSME4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,564 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAST, RRM2, and MCM2_S27. Each is linked with PSME4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME4-to-partner and partner-to-PSME4 results are reported.
