PSME3IP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSME3IP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,371 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME3IP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIAPIN1, CSNK2A2, and CFAP20. Each is linked with PSME3IP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME3IP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSME3IP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSME3IP1 versus CIAPIN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSME3IP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSME3IP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
