Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSME3IP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,548 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME3IP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT21, COG4, and FTO. Each is linked with PSME3IP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME3IP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSME3IP1 results are reported.
