PSME2P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSME2P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,202 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME2P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PNMA2, SSH1_S576, and BAIAP2_S325. Each is linked with PSME2P5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME2P5-to-partner and partner-to-PSME2P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSME2P5 versus PNMA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSME2P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSME2P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
