Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSME2P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PSME2P5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher PSME2P5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSME2P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUAD show a favorable association.

KICH, SKCM, and ACC are the cancer types where PSME2P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
