Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSME2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSME2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP440, MIR8075, and MIR6783. Each is linked with PSME2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME2-to-partner and partner-to-PSME2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP440 grouped by PSME2-low versus PSME2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSME2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSME2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
