PSMD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBC, UBXN6, and OR2L2. Each is linked with PSMD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD9-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBC grouped by PSMD9-low versus PSMD9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
