PSMD7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,101 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF2, GINS2, and RBMS3. Each is linked with PSMD7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD7-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD7 versus KLF2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
