PSMD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-9, ZYXP1, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with PSMD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD7-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-9 grouped by PSMD7-low versus PSMD7-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
