Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P27, RNA5SP86, and MTATP6P21. Each is linked with PSMD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD6 results are reported.
