Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,686 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, FCGR3B, and FCAR. Each is linked with PSMD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD4 versus CSF3R in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
