Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,062 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1093P, MIR758, and MTND4P6. Each is linked with PSMD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1093P grouped by PSMD3-low versus PSMD3-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
