Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,445 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly, Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with PSMD3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD3 results are reported.
