Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,810 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TALDO1, NUDT1, and MRPL17. Each is linked with PSMD13 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD13-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD13 results are reported.
