PSMD13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,380 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4G2, PHRF1, and RRM1. Each is linked with PSMD13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD13-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
