Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,608 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM2, SYNPO2, and AMY2B. Each is linked with PSMD11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD11-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD11 versus JAM2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
